About Alexandra Yee

Alexandra Yee has been dancing for over 13 years. Her early ballet training began at Delta Ballet Academy under Helga Ishikata. She's also studied at the prestigious San Francisco Ballet School. At the age of 7, Alexandra danced the lead of The Little Match Girl with the Delta Children's Ballet Theatre at the Dean Lesher Theater followed by two performances at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas with The Junior Sweethearts dance troupe. Alexandra also modeled professionally with the prestigious LOOK Model Agency in San Francisco and was selected to wear a Tommy Hilfiger outfit for the Macy's Passport Fashion Show with Cindy Crawford. Alexandra has studied and choreographed all styles of dance including ballet, lyrical, tap, hip hop, and jazz. Alexandra was the Dance Team Captain for several years at Deer Valley High School and was selected by her peers as Best Dancer of her senior class. Alexandra is only 18-years-old, but already has taught and choreographed for the City of Antioch Recreation Program since 2009. She is working on her degree in Early Childhood Development and continues to choreograph and teach ballet and jazz.
